Walks in nature

Sometimes it is easier to start a conversation when we are not sitting in a closed room.

A walk in nature can get your thoughts moving, broaden your perspective, and help you open up more easily. Exercise and fresh air can promote mental well-being and reduce stress.

As humans, we are part of nature, changing the landscape, but we are also influenced by our surroundings. We can use this to our advantage for our well-being.

In my practice, I therefore also offer consultations during walks through the orchards above Kayh on the edge of Schönbuch.
